3. Payment Processing

Nazarian Creative Inc. does not store full payment instrument details (such as complete card numbers or bank account numbers). We use secure, third-party processors that apply industry-leading protections—such as end-to-end encryption, PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, and tokenization protocols—to safeguard all payment data. We only retain limited transaction metadata (e.g., the payer’s name, email or phone, transaction ID, amount, and timestamp) for receipts, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit/debit cards processed by PCI-compliant gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• Wire transfers processed by your financial institution
• Zelle® payments processed by participating banks or the Zelle® network
• ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers processed by your financial institution or payment network

When you pay by wire, Zelle®, or ACH, the transaction is handled by your bank or the relevant network. Their privacy practices apply, and we do not receive your full banking credentials. Please do not include sensitive personal information in payment memos or notes. We only use the transaction information we receive for the purposes described above.

Payment Responsibility & Chargebacks

All payments must be made in full and are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in a signed agreement. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and authorized payment methods. Nazarian Creative Inc. is not responsible for losses due to fraudulent, unauthorized, or disputed transactions. Any chargeback or reversal initiated by a client may result in suspension of services, additional fees, and legal recovery of the unpaid balance.

Third-Party Processors Disclaimer

We rely on trusted third-party providers for payment processing. While we carefully select reputable vendors, Nazarian Creative Inc. is not liable for errors, breaches, or losses arising from their systems or networks. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and policies.

Refund Policy Reference

Payments are subject to the refund, cancellation, or service terms set forth in your client agreement. Unless explicitly stated, all fees are final and non-refundable.
